Barack Obama, President of The United States stated on Tuesday that there's an amount of 7.1 million people that had signed up on federal or state exchanges for coverage under the health care law . now often refer as 'The Obamacare'.
Obama claimed victory at a White House ceremony, saying the program has been overall successful, despite not having the support of the republican and vilified relentlessly by the GOP.
