Burlusconi, former president of Italy is to serve a year of community service
at a nursing home for tax frauding. The 77-year old billionaire must visit a elderly
centre once a week at for a minimum 4 hours.
He was initially handed a
four-year sentence for tax frauding last August. Additionally, he has also been
expelled the senate of Italy and can never hold public office over a course of
two years. Though it was not clear
whether the court allow Berlusconi to activate his campaigh for his Forza
Italia party next month.
