Tunisia sex workers calls for the 'revival' of brothel

The prostitutes of Tunisia has called on their government to 'revive' a brothel/sex house in the coastal resort town of Sousse.

A petition signed by 120 women was handed to call on the government of Tunisia to reopen the brothel that was closed one year ago. Whether or not the brothel will be back in business is still in discussion as for now. Although 'buying sex' is illegal in Tunisia, Tunisia still allows prostitution/brothels with license.

Fun Fact:  Beginning of licensed brothels in Tunisia dates back nearly a hundred years and were first recorded in the French colonial period.
