200 young girls were kidnapped from their schools in Nigeria by Boko Haram, A
heavily armed criminal that abducts girls with vehicles like trucks, vans and
buses. Fortunately, there is one among the 200 girls that escaped and are
providing useful information to the officials.
“Western education is sin” is the direct
translation of Boko Haram. Boko Haram is well known for attacking schools in
the northeast. A video was released by the group on mid-March. Their leader has
ever since threatened to launch a series of abduction.
